Ordering Online
To order online, simply select the products you would like to buy and add them to your shopping cart. When you have finished and would like to pay, follow the links to the "Checkout". If you have not ordered from us before you will need to create an account. This account will give us all the information we need to send you your order, and once you have signed up you can login again in the future without having to give us your details again. You will also get the option to sign up to our newsletter which will give you exclusive offers in the future.
Once you are signed up you will be asked for your payment details, all of which will be done through a secure server, and all card details are processed offline to reduce the risk of any problems.
After you have completed your order you will receive 2 staggered emails - one immediately to confirm your order and one when your order has been dispatched.
Ordering Custom Wheel Builds
If you would like to order a wheel build simply choose your rim and hub and then select the appropriate "Wheel Build" option (either single or pair) from the spokes section. Wheel builds take up to 5 working days and will be sent out as priority as soon as they are built.
Item Out of Stock
We aim to offer the very best quality and value BMX parts and keep a huge amount of stock in our warehouse. We always try to be clear about what is in stock and what can be ordered in but please be aware that although we keep our website up to date sometimes a products stock quantity cannot be changed the moment it goes out of stock from time to time discrepancies can occur. If your item is out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible.
Returns and refunds
Goods must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt in new condition in original packaging. To enable us to process your return quicker please call us to obtain a returns number which must be marked on the outside of your returned package. Please enclose a copy of the original invoice with a note explaining the reason for return and what you like to do (exchange/refund/credit etc).
Refunds will be processed electronically to your account that the item was purchased with.
When sending your return please obtain a CERTIFICATE OF POSTAGE from your Post office as you will have to produce it in case of a loss.
Custom Wheel Builds and custom bikes are non returnable.
