Delivery Services
Our deliveries are made by the Royal Mail and Initial City Link. All larger/heavy parcels are sent with City Link with smaller/lighter packages going by Royal Mail.
Items such as bikes, frames, forks, bars, wheels and cranks will be sent with City Link and will be sent on an Express Service which will take up to 48 hours. Royal Mail packages are sent 1st Class Mail but can take up to 3 or 4 working days to arrive.
Express Delivery
If it is vital you receive your parcel within 48 hours, select Express Delivery in the shipping method as you pay. Express Delivery orders can only be processed when they arrive with us, so if you order Monday night (after working hours) the order will not be received until Tuesday morning.
City Link
Please make sure you supply us with an address that will have somebody in for you delivery as City Link parcels require a signature. If you will not be at home please provide a work address or leave us instructions of where the delivery driver can leave your parcel safe.
Postage Costs
We try to get as close to cost as we can when charging you postage and therefore we have the following postage charges set up on this website:
- Complete Bikes: £10.00
- Frames/Forks/Wheels/Cranks/Bars: £5.00
- Other Items: £1.00-2.00 (per item)
Returns Policy
All products that we sell are covered by the manufacturers guarantee which is normally 28 days. We will always try to help you if a product you buy if faulty and most people in BMX are nice people, so we will try to get your bike back on the road as soon as possible with a little help from the various warranty departments around the country/world.
